Video Game Crossovers!

Happy Wednesday Novas! I was reading a facebook post (I think) and the subject was video game merges. This is such an interesting topic to talk about that I wanted to have the conversation with you all! With the new details released about Kingdom Hearts 3, you know the Toy Story inclusion, I wanted to pose the question and see which video games you would like to see collaborate together! Licensing aside (because you know that’s why some of our dream mash-ups have not happened) what 2 or even 3 games would you love to merge?

Known Crossovers:

The known crossovers of games like Mario Kart, Super Smash Brothers or even Killer Instinct merges characters from different games together and makes them a playable part of the game. Mario and Sonic was a pretty big crossover for me because it combined 2 of my childhood favorites, into 1 world where Sega meets Nintendo! Crossover games can give the gamer a boost of knowledge from games that they might not have experienced before. In the original Super Smash Brothers game, I was unaware that Zelda was a Princess and integral part of the series (don’t laugh, I’ve never played Zelda lol).

Fighting games are known for adding characters to their already vast selection. Remember when Marvel vs Capcom first debuted? Finally we could start merging the iconic Heroes and Villains from 2 different realms together (the same goes for Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe). Killer instinct went a step further and started adding on guest characters for other video game types all together (note General Raam from Gears of War and that frog guy from Battletoads). So why not take things a step further and express the games that you would like to see a crossover from?

My Crossover Games:

So Fable is a RPG game where you make decisions and usher your character through the story. How awesome would it be if when you went to battle the bosses, that a Pokemon Battle ensued? Maybe the Pokemon you can select are based on your abilities and traits (because you can customize your skills in new versions of Fable). If you decide to build a mage with a focus on ice, you could choose Pokemon like Squirtle, Ninetales, Dewgong, Articuno etc. That would be awesome! Maybe the Pokemon can follow you around as well.  imageedit_3_9446357760

Another game I would love to see is a simple combined fighting game. Let’s put Killer Instinct, Street Fighter, Dead or Alive, Tekken, Dragoball Z, Naruto, Mortal Kombat, etc all together in a brawl! I want large 5 person teams of fighters going at it! Think about it, the story can cross realms. Maybe have the gamer create a character and then you would need to cross through realms and fight the best of the best or even try to win a tournament.

What are some Video Game Crossovers you would like to see happen? Let’s talk Video Games!

Xbox Game Pass Thoughts!

Happy Monday Novas! I hope your weekend was spectacular! I wanted to post a quick blog about the new Xbox Game Pass Subscription Service that has launched for Xbox One. Shout out to Falcon Game Reviews for blogging about it, because as soon as I read it, I signed up lol. Sure enough I turned on my Xbox One and the trial was there for me to try out. So of course I did! Since I’ve previously been subscribed to PlayStation Now and Gamefly, I figured I could try out Xbox’s Version of paying to play!

What is it? The Game Pass Subscription is a service similar to PlayStation Now and Game-fly where you pretty much are able to download select games and play them at your leisure! Since the service is fairly new, the selection is limited but they are planning to update and cycle games continuously. You will also receive a discount on purchasing games to have permanently in your library. With the Game Pass service, you can quickly download and play games for as long as you have a valid subscription. Sounds easy enough, right?

My Experience: I was really happy to try out the new service. I immediately downloaded Saints Row IV, The Unwritten Tales 2, Halo 5 and Lego Batman . I haven’t played Saints Row IV before, but I am a fan of the series and The Unwritten Tales 2 game was interesting in it’s premise. I’ve never played a “Lego” game and wanted to try that out and I have yet to play Halo 5. I was happy with the speed in which the games downloaded and I started out with the Unwritten Tales 2!

xbox-game-pass2

Saints Row IV was amazing and everything that I thought it would be. I’m a little annoyed with myself because I was only able to play 2 days of my 14 day trial (my life has gotten soooo busy lately) which means I wasn’t able to play Lego Batman or Halo 5 as of yet. I want to actually talk more about The Unwritten Tales 2. I have never heard of this game but it looked fun from the appearance. The game aesthetics reminded me of Fable (you know how much I love Fable lol) so the game caught my attention immediately. Upon reading the games description…

“A fantasy story with over 20 hours of pointing and clicking The trademark BoUT-humor, lovingly spoofing LotR, Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, Discworld, The Hobbit, WoW and more Hundreds of weird, yet oddly logical puzzles…”

Yup, that description pulled me in 100%! The game is a point and click game which is fine, what I love is that you pretty much get to choose from the responses listed below. You also have to use clues presented to figure out what to do next. image   It’s not just spelled out for you. I highly recommend The Unwritten Tales 2 and it was a great find with the Game-pass program for me. I really enjoyed it so I will be continuing the subscription service for now.

I’ve decided to list my top reasons to Play or Skip the Xbox Game Pass Service based on my personal experience.

What Next?- I have committed to at least a month of the Xbox Game Pass subscription. I will be downloading and trying Payday 2, Farming Simulator and this Hexic puzzle game for sure. My downfall is I want to play so many games that I know I won’t have much time for (it’s what corporate America wants lol). You know what that means right? I’ll probably continue the service for more than a month bwahahahaha. Touche Microsoft… you’ve got me lol!

Play:

  • Easily access your gaming Library
  • Download multiple games that interest you
  • Try out games that you have never heard of with no commitment
  • Quick Start up of games
  • Different game genre’s from RPG’s to Indie games

Skip:

  • You want to play specific games. Many of the games are plat-formers and games from Xbox 360.
  • You want more than about a 50 game selection (it actually may be less) at this time.
  • You do not find any games that you are interested in playing during your 14 day trial
  • $14.99 a month is out of your budget

Those are my thoughts on the Xbox Game Pass Subscription service. I really think it’s a great investment for me, however, we all know gamers come in all forms. I personally like being about to try out new games (plus there’s plenty of puzzle games for me to play). I also like finding hidden gems  I’ve never heard of and playing through the story. I hope you will give at least the trial a try. Have you ever purchased a gaming subscription before? Let’s talk Video Games!

30 Day Video Game Challenge: Day 11!

Happy Sunday Night Novas! The post is coming late today because I wasn’t able to write it earlier. Hey, better late than never am I right? For those of you who are new to the blog, at the beginning of June we joined in with other bloggers on the 30 day blog challenge. Basically, we are responding to questions and blogging about them every day for 30 days! Feel free to comment or join us on this excursion. Let’s see what today’s topic is…

Day 11 – Gaming system of choice.

Great topic! There’s different gaming systems and platforms for gamers to use to play their favorite games. This answer won’t be much of a surprise to Novas that have been following for a while. I’ve decided to answer this question in 2 parts: My favorite current console and my all time favorite console. My favorite gaming system currently is the Xbox One. I prefer the Xbox One console to the PS4 or to PC for many reasons.

  • I love the controller
  • I love that I can hook my cable box up and watch tv as I play
  • I love Microsoft
  • Xbox has my favorite game… Gears of War 4

The second part of my answer to today’s question will be my overall favorite console of all time. It’s going to have to be the Nintendo 64. I’ve already paid my respects to this gaming system in one of the Throwback posts.Click Here to read it! Pretty much the Nintendo 64 provided me with awesome memories as a kid. Mario Kart, Super Mario 64, Wave Race, Diddy Kong Racing, Pokemon Snap, Mario Party, etc.

Plenty of awesome memories that I will not forget and the 64 is the reason why.

Those are my 2 answers for favorite video game system, what are yours? Do you agree with my choices? Let’s talk gaming consoles!

30 Day Video Game Challenge: Day 9!

Happy Friday Novas! We have been diving into our game library and answering questions related to video games each day. I believe that we have favorite games and characters so we want to relate those experiences to our posts.  Let’s see what today’s topic is!

Day 9- Saddest Video Game scene

There’s been a few heartbreaking moments for me in my video game history. If you follow the blog consistently then you will recall that I’ve talked about my traumatic experiences with Fable III. One of the saddest scenes is at the beginning when you have to choose between the life of your best friend or innocent villagers. How are you supposed to make the choice on who you would rather die? I’m not going to lie, I was a little choked up with that decision.

Another sad gaming scene is when one of the main characters, Dom,  was killed off in the Gears of War franchise. It’s sad because he lost his family to the locusts, he searched for his wife to only find she had been killed. To top it off, they put him out of his misery. It was a very difficult scene to watch for me.

It’s a short post today because I don’t have my laptop with me lol. What are some of the saddest gaming scenes in your memory? Let’s talk video games!

30 Day Challenge Gamers Edition: Day 3!

Happy Saturday Novas! I’m continuing on with the 30 day gamers challenge in which you create a blog post each day for the topic assigned. If you want to follow along, check out my first post here!

Day 3 – A game that is underrated

An underrated game is one that many people are over looking. Our friend thero159 posted their topic today in regards to a game on Steam. Click here to read their post. My pick for an underrated game would be the video game Skyforge. Skyforge was released for free on PS4 in April. My friends and I have been playing it non stop. For my response to today’s post, I want to shine some light on the video game Skyforge on PS4. I’ve been meaning to post a video game review of Skyforge for awhile now so I’d like to present a condensed version of the game now.

Skyforge is an MMORPG game that allows the player to customize their character and complete levels in order to upgrade. You start off with a choice of 1 of 3 classes and find out that you’re not like most people. You’re sort of, well you’re immortal! Now you must develop your powers and help save different worlds. You have the The Cryomancer (Damage), Paladin (Tank) and the Light Binder (Support) roles to start. There are 13 classes in total that you can unlock and you can switch between classes depending on the missions you are completing. With any MMORPG, you are also able to Here’s some game-play that I have recorded for the game. Personally, I love playing with the Cryomancer.

Currently there are about 10 different worlds in which to explore. Each world will have different levels and missions for you to journey through. After unlocking additional missions, you can start upgrading your character’s traits and strength. As you play each level, you gain followers which add to your power in the games. It’s funny, you can find followers in random corners on the levels.   This game is fantastic as there’s so much to experience. You can play different classes, play PVP, try your hand at world events and even team up for Raids. Each level will also contain at least 1 boss to fight. I say “At Least” because there may be levels where you must fight multiple bosses in order to complete the mission. If you are playing with friends, if you all die then the mission restarts.

That’s a quick over view of the Skyforge game. Look for it in your PlayStation Store! I may actually compile a full video game review for this game in the future (after I beat the main story).

Although this post is not a full review of the Skyforge game, I will still provide my top reasons to “Play” or “Skip” this game.

Play:

  • Hours upon hours of entertainment
  • Character customization, stats and abilities
  • Ease of changing and trying out new classes
  • Different game modes to choose from

Skip:

  • Grind heavy (you have to complete many missions to gain enough money to unlock different classes and costumes).
  • Can be repetitive (you will have to play the same levels in order to complete the different missions and contracts).

That’s it for today’s daily challenge post. What are some video games that you feel are underrated? Have you ever played Skyforge? Let’s talk video games!

Day 29 – A game you thought you wouldn’t like, but ended up loving.
Day 30 – Your favorite game of all time.

Day 1 Question: Your 1st Video Game:

My Very First Video Game that I can remember has to be either Tetris, Dr. Mario or Duck Hunt. Tetris is an amazing game of stacking different shaped blocks as they fall on the screen. The goal is to not let your blocks reach the top of your screen (come on you all remember Tetris, Right?). tetris

Dr. Mario was a classic game of matching the colors on the pills to get rid of them. Similar to Tetris, your goal is to not let your falling pills stack up and reach the top of the screen. Now that I think about it, this game was pretty creepy. Dr. Mario is basically an illegal pharmacist mixing medications lol. Dr_mario_screenshot

Duck Hunt was a game for Super Nintendo in which you, well you shoot ducks. It came with this gnarly orange and gray gun that you would point and shoot at the screen. Tons of fun with Duck Hunt.

Day 2 Question: Your Favorite Character.

It’s funny, the Day 2 question I just answered this morning on the Shameful Narcissist’s blog lol. My favorite video game character of all time would have to be Yoshi! Yoshi was the man! He was green, could turn people into eggs and a great maneuver-er on Mario Kart! I would always select Yoshi if he hadn’t been taken and wreak havoc!!!! I remember playing Mario Party 4 on Gamecube with my brother and his friends. I was the champion always winning in Castaways and the basketball mini games.   Yoshi-o Every game I would pick Yoshi, my brother would select Toad, his friend would pick Waluigi and my friend would pick Peach. Great times. Some other characters I love are the Arbitor from Halo (He’s AWESOME!) and Baird or Cole Train from Gears of War!  I guess it would also depend on the game. If we’re playing street fight Chun-Li is bae and in Mortal Kombat Scorpion or Sonya Blade are my go to’s. Well Cinder was pretty awesome as well. The best thing about being a gamer is that you don’t have to choose your favorites! You can play with all of the characters and still have fun.

Thank you for checking out this second post today. What are your 1st games and favorite characters? Let’s talk gaming!

Gamers Hard Drive 2!

Happy Monday Novas! I hope that you all have had an fantastic weekend and start to the greatest month of all time: April! Today’s post will focus on the games that I have been playing and progress that I have made so far. You can view the inaugural post of the Gamers Hard Drive by clicking here!

WWE Topps Slam Trading Card App: I have made great progress in the trading app game and have now convinced most of my friends who love WWE to start playing. You pretty much collect sets of the trading cards to receive achievements and coins. You can also trade with other users to obtain missing pieces to your set. I like the prediction packs because each payperview you are able to pick your prediction of the winner. If you are correct you receive extra coins. I’m still not sure why I’m addicted to this game but I am. Currently I have 2200+ cards. If you want to start playing I have multiple duplicates to trade. Add me: Luna26X. Here’s a look at some of the new cards that I have collected!

FarmVille: Tropic Escape– FarmVille Tropic Escape is the adaptation on the original FarmVille game with a twist. Now you are running a tropical island resort where you make deliveries, grow fruits and vegetables for meals and complete treasure diving to receive special items for your resort. This game is pretty fun as I make sushi, beverages and souvenirs to sell to my guests at the resort.

Farmville

Free Cell: Free Cell is the mobile app game that I play when I have a few minutes on break or in between commercials while watching TV. It’s really easy and like solitaire except all cards are displayed for you. The goal is to arrange the cards by suit and in ascending order from the Ace to King. There’s not a way to

Mass Effect: So I have never played Mass Effect and it was pretty much a blasphemous statement to my co-worker. He was appalled as he just finished Andromeda and pretty much said I’m lending you all of the Mass Effect games to try. So here we are! I’m starting with the original Mass Effect game and playing my way up unto Andromeda.

Sky Forge: Is a MMORPG Free to Play game on PS4. My friends wanted me to download the game so we have been playing the last few days. Think of it as ESO mixed with Neverwinter. You basically upgrade your character and skills to play the main story line and quests along the way. Currently I am on the 5th map of missions, but, there’s soooo much to do that I can see myself playing this game long term. I will have a full review of the game later this week!

sky forge pic

That’s pretty much how I have spent my last 2 weeks. Tune in Thursday for the Skyforge Video Game Review with game play clips! Which games are you currently playing? Have you played any of the video games on this list? Let’s talk video games!

Have a fantastic Monday!

Gamer’s Hard Drive! (Gaming Log Post)

Happy Monday Gamers, Geeks and Friends! Today in lieu of the Hidden Treasures post I will be starting a segment that pretty much analyzes the video games that I have been playing in the past week and my current progress. I’m happy that I have been able to start playing my games regularly. This is a way to keep track of my progress and set new gaming goals each week. Welp, let’s get to it!

Halo Wars 2 :

imageedit_8_9807618264
The Boss Teleported in as we were destroying the base lol

My progress with Halo Wars 2 went really well last week as I have finally finished the Co-Op campaign with my friend (because of our varying schedules this was a challenge). So far we have completed the campaign and played a few skirmishes. I have yet to play online or play the new game mode “Blitz” but I will be focusing on those 2 modes in the coming weeks!

  • Campaign completed
  • Achievements unlocked

Thief: I know Thief isn’t everyone’s (or anyone for that matter) favorite game, but I quite enjoy it. I purchased the game with Halo Wars 2 and have finally opened it and popped it into my disk tray. Previously on 360 I’ve played maybe half way through the game (before getting scared off from a creature looking like Gollum!!!! I thought this was a stealth game not Lord of the Rings!!!).  Because I chickened out, I never completed the game. Now I will attempt to redeem myself and complete the game

  • Completed the first 2 missions

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare:

Infinite
I’m Lunar Godd3ss 21-11. We may have won if I joined at the start of the game lol

I know I have talked soooo much stuff in the club about Infinite Warfare being the 1st Call of  Duty game that I did not pick up at the midnight launch. I had no interest in this Call of Duty game at all, but from a mix up at RedBox I was gifted 2 free game rentals. Guess which game was available? My curiosity was peaked and I grabbed Infinite Warfare. I’m not sure if it is because I haven’t played a FPS (because Gears of War 4 doesn’t count) in a while that my biases were subsided, but I actually enjoyed the game. I was playing, boosting, shooting people online (going like 21-11 on my first few games) and I missed the COD franchise. Will I buy the game, meh, maybe not, but it was more fun than I anticipated.

  • Advanced to level 7 rank in multiplayer

WWE Topps Slam Trading Card Game:  com.topps.slam   Recently as in the last month I have upgraded my SD card in my phone so I have been on a mobile game download FRENZY!!!! If you recall my WWE Slam Crate Unboxing post (click here to read it) you remember that I have received 3 WWE Topps Cards. It also gave me free packs to open in the app so of course, i downloaded it. I didn’t realize how fun it would be to play a card game and collect sets. In this game after a week I have collected over 1000 cards. Feel free to add me if you play: Luna26x.

  • Successfully traded for Special Edition Seth Rollins Cards (Yes Drew, you know I had to lol). seth
  • Collected all of the St. Patrick’s Day Special Edition Cards (Becky Lynch, Sheamus and Finn Balor)
  • Completed the White Base Set and collected my reward (185 cards sheesh)

Cooking Fever Mobile Game:     cooking  Again, I have sooo much space on my phone now. Cooking Fever is a game where you have to serve customers in a timely manner to collect enough stars to proceed to the next round. Each round gets harder. You start with burgers, then move to burgers and hot dogs, then add toppings.. It gets pretty crazy. There are multiple levels and shops as well.

  • Completed all levels of the Burger Shop with 3 stars
  • Unlocked the Bakery and currently working on completing all levels

Free Cell:    free cell  This is just a way to quickly pass time. No real update or stats are kept in this game. It’s like revers solitaire. All of the cards are displayed and you move cards to try and put the cards in order from Ace to King. You have 2 “Free” sections to work with, one you can place ANY card there to move it out of the way. The second area ONLY accepts the cards in order (Ace through King in that specific suit).

4 Pics 1 Word-  4 pics  I just like puzzles so I’ve downloaded this game that shows 4 different pictures and you have to guess the common word. It’s fun and pretty easy right now.

  • Completed all 25 levels in 5 different groups

That’s all for the games that I have been playing last week! Which games are you currently playing? Have you played any of the games I’ve listed and if so, where’s your progress at? Do you keep a gaming journal? Let’s talk our Gamer Hard Drives! Have a fantastic day and thank you for reading!

Ultimate Thursday TKO!

Hiya Gamers, Geeks and Friends! Firstly, thank you for checking out the blog! Today I will be starting Ultimate Thursday TKO (duh) which will be a weekly segment that pits a League of Legends character against a Smite character for the ultimate MOBA showdown! I will present the arguments and have you the reader decide who would win that battle.Today’s showdown will be Bastet (Smite) versus Nidalee (LOL) so let’s Pounce into the action!

Lore- Bastet is the Egyptian Goddess of the Cats and daughter of the Sun god Ra. Nidalee is the Bestial Hunter raised by cougars in the Kumunga Jungle. From the lore alone we can start pointing out a few similarities between these 2 fierce feminine felines (say that 3 times fast!). Both have inherited primal traits from the cat and cougar. Bastet has a more domestic side, however her claws can come out when approached with danger while Nidalee has that raw, carnal persona from having to survive the deadly jungle.

Abilities- Let’s start  with Nidalee’s abilities. She has Prowl, Javelin Toss/Take down, Bushwhack/Pounce, Primal Surge/Swipe and Aspect of the Cougar. Aspect of the Cougar is an ability that allows Nidalee to transform into a Cougar which is why she has double abilities. The 1st part of her abilities are in human form and the other will be in primal cougar form. Here’s a quick overview of each skill:

  • Javelin Toss– Nidalee tosses her Javelin dealing magic damage. Takedown– The next attack deals additional damage
  • Bushwhack allows our champion to trap, damage and reveal it’s target. Pounce allows Nidalee to lunge in the targets direction dealing damage to nearby enemies
  • Primal Surge heals target allies and buffs attack speed. Swipe will allow the cougar to claw at her enemies in a target direction.

Now let’s take a look at Bastet’s abilities. Open Would, Pounce, Razor Whip, Declaw and Cat Call.

  • Open Wound is the passive that does additional DOT (damage over time) damage for 3 seconds after a target is hit.
  • Pounce allows the goddess to leap to a target location dealing damage and return back to the initial location within 4 seconds.
  • Razor Whip is a swipe move that causes bleed damage for 4 seconds.
  • Declaw allows Bastet to throw her dagger both slowing and damaging the target.
  • Cat Call is the ultimate that summons 3 large cats to attack and slow enemies.

Roles- Both characters are assassin’s due to their speed and critical hit potential so their roles are simple, Jungle. The assassins jump in and out of the Jungle dealing
high critical attack damage on a single target.

The Battle- Nidalee starts things off with a Javelin Throw that Bastet dodges by Pouncing in the air towards Nidalee. Nidalee counters with Bushwhack trapping Bastet. With the target trapped, Nidalee uses Aspect of the Cougar to transform and Pounce dealing damage.nidalee-run Bastet use Declaw after being hit slowing the cougar. With Nidalee slowed and taking DOT damage due to Open Wound Bastet uses Razor Whip which is met by Nidalee’s Takedown and Swipe. With both assassins wounded Nidalee Pounces towards Bastet again. Bastet also Pounces jumping over Nidalee and releasing her ultimate Cat Call to corral the cougar. About 3 seconds afterwards Bastet pounces back to her original position where Nidalee is swiping at the 3 large cats and finishes her opponent with Razor Whip.

Bastet towers over her opponent with only 1 large cat remaining as the victor with a bittersweet feeling of remorse. Bastet is the sworn ruler and protector of cats and even as Nidalee lies on the Jungle floor, she feels responsibility and sympathy for the cougar. Nidalee opens her eyes to find Bastet stroking her pelt and lets out a cry of respect. Nidalee returns to her feet on all fours, bows her head towards Bastet and walks back into the Kumunga Jungle from which she emerged. The great warrior has nothing to be ashamed of, a well fought battle leaves her with insight and a new friend.

imageedit_3_2553125008

That’s my opinion of the outcome of Ultimate Thursday TKO, what are your thoughts? Do you agree with the winner? How would you change the battle? Leave a comment and let me know! Also, which Champions would you like to see featured in an Ultimate Thursday TKO battle?

Thank you for watching as the action unfolds, tune in next time for another Dragon Ball… Wait… hahaha… for another Ultimate Thursday TKO (had to do it lol)!

Thoughts on Red Dead Redemption 2

GTA and RDR fans have been awaiting the release of Red Dead Redemption 2 from Rockstar Games. Unfortunately, we have to wait a little longer as the official release date has yet to be announced. For any newbies, Red Dead Redemption is the western cousin of Grand Theft Auto featuring open world exploration, missions and a good ole fashion shoot out every now and them. The original Red Dead redemption installment of the franchise consisted of a variety of modes to keep gamers playing with DLC that followed months thereafter. Since there is limited information available for RDR2, I will provide a list of features that I loved from Red Dead Redemption and would love to see incorporated in RDR2.

Outlaws to The End Co-Op Mode- One of my favorite game modes rode in on the Outlaws to the End DLC. This game mode allowed you to play co-op missions with 2-4 players.  This game mode added a new element to the game along with new hideouts and back stories. You were also able to alter the difficulty and select your class each time you played. This co-op capability extends your maximum play time; however, I hope that in RDR2 more than 6 missions will be incorporated.

Legendary Animals- The integration of seeking out legendary animals was a huge bonus to the game as well. Whether you were traversing Bear Claw Camp looking for the giant bear who is crazy fast or freezing in the wood cabin waiting for the viscous legendary cougar it was a fun feat to try and take down the legendary creatures (the cougar was hands down the hardest lol). Adding more than 4 legendary animals to fight in my opinion will be a great additional to the game.

Gang Hideouts- When roaming through the Free Roam mode you can come across gang hideouts. You run in guns blazing killing everything in sight and collecting a huge reward (not to mention new weapons) was the majority of life spent playing RDR. I have no doubt that this feature of the game will continue on to Red Dead Redemption 2.

These are just a few of the features from Red Dead Redemption that I would like to see in Red Dead Redemption 2. I played several hours (as with GTA) roaming through the west shooting people off their horses and stealing them if it was a better fit. The customization feature was fun as well, selecting different types of characters to play as and upgrading outfits and mounts. I hope that Rockstar Games releases Red Dead Redemption 2 sooner than later.  You are able to start pre ordering the game through Gamestop or Amazon, however, it has not been announced as of yet if there will be any pre order bonuses so I would hold off. Take a look at the current trailer for the game and comment on what features you want to see included in the game.
